the views from the rooms were breathtaking up high. Sadly, the outdated bathroom 🛁 was a letdown. the staff were so friendly and helpful though! 💕.

our breakfast was delicious and marvellous with healthy options and the beautiful view and the same sweet rolls.

In overall, the place is exceptional, has very professional and wonderfully helpful staff with beautiful service in the resturant. It has MAGNIFICENT central location adjacent to Jolimont station. Edwin's, where you can eat lunch, is a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

Their breakfast is disappointing, can be way much better.

The well-maintained hotel is beyond compare and nicely appointed. Customer service is very good. - They offer a shuttle service from the airport. - Free Wi-Fi works in all rooms.

The location is central. It takes 5 mins by foot to the bus stop. The breakfast was adequate, we thoroughly enjoyed a huge variety of meals.

The bathrooms are a little small.

Prime Location and Friendly Service

the staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to accommodate all our needs. I was a bit disappointed that the room lacked sufficient wardrobe space and the available TV channels were limited to free to air, which didn't match the hotel's premium price.

The hotel is situated in a central location just outside the hustle and bustle of the city center. The room was spacious and fully equipped, and we enjoyed a stunning view of the park from the window.

Had very pleasant stay in this nicely designed hotel, the staff were well-trained, location was ideal on what is around the area as far as dining or attractions. Everything was pleasant, including above average and generous breakfast with the beautiful view over the gardens. I thoroughly enjoyed the room with views, the bed was comfortable😃👌

The place was pretty clean and the staff were friendly, especially at the restaurant. The location was top-notch - we could easily walk to wherever we wanted to go. 🌟

The breakfast here is fantastic with great views of Fitzroy Gardens and the food is reasonably priced, plus the location is outstanding, with easy access to the city center via the tram and a short walk to sports arenas.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the quality of the food was excellent. The bed was comfortable.

Friendly checkin/out and late night room service staff, great location

Cleaning were staff extremely noisy on the floor in the morning (after 9am) and this went on for a good hour. I was on a conference call and the other participants commented that even they could hear the doors slaming loudly.

I stayed in a great double room that was spacious and well-equipped, including access to a lounge with good amenities like central heating, an iron, and an electronic key card.

the staff were very helpful. Forgot to bring a mouse for the laptop. They tried to find a spare one and lent it to me. Room service was excellent. The food was impressive.

The pleasant staff. It showed that they enjoyed what they were doing and nothing was a problem.

The way the bar was designed in the lounge. You do not have direct eye contact with the bar staff when they serve you so it is like you are far more superior than them and I do not like that. I like to think that everyone is equal to me not below me. I would like to see the design changed.
